After an initial phone conversation with Tracy, the company’s administrator, she paired my father with Ellen Msazulwa.

Ellen was knowledgeable and professional and above all deeply humane. She was always punctual and kept detailed daily notes. She recorded medications administered, blood pressure readings, liquid and food intake, personal hygiene and any exercises she was able to do with my father. More than this, Ellen was wonderful company for my father.

Throughout a challenging time, Tracy was also a constant reassuring presence. She was understanding about difficult family dynamics and offered sensible, practical advice determined to prioritise my father’s best interests.

Where is the owner and why is person not trained professionally om telephone etiquette. Careful Carers are an absolute pleasure and joy. Their services are top notch but the receptionist needs retraining and to know her place.

They sent a Carer who took good care of my father. Their pricing is also reasonable

My mom was diagnosed with ALS/MND. She got worse and we needed help. I got hold of Tracy (admin). Well, Tracy you guided me through the process of how Careful Carers worked and never pushed me to decide right away. I had a million questions/and repeated questions but you never minded. Then we got our Angels (Anna – since the first day) and Tasha. We were so happy. Both the ladies were part of our family. They didn’t mind waking up and turning my mom every two hours. My mom was bed ridden for months but never got a bed sore. Even the doctor who attended my mom was so impressed. Not ever did they say anything was too much effort. I have tears in my eyes when I think of the two of them with my mom when I was at work. They just….. loved my mom as if she was their own. Thank you Careful carers and staff. Without you the last few months would have been unbearable. My mom has sadly passed but the memories will always be with us. Thank you again!!!!
